Checking In for another week

No loss this week. Stayed steady at 238. I hiked and did my regular exercises but ate badly for a couple of days. I am back on track now though. I got some motivational cd’s from Ediets and they are helping a lot. See you next week with more progress. How is your plan going?

Lost three pounds!!

Yup first weigh in after starting and I have lost 3 lbs!! I am liking this. Last night Bruce had to work OT so I took Ellen for a walk. We went 4 miles!

My Future

Yesterday was the first day of my getting healthy campaign. Over the years I have eaten all the junk fast food just like everyone else. Using my busy life as an excuse I have gotten severely over weight. 100 pounds to be exact.
