Checking In for another week

No loss this week. Stayed steady at 238. I hiked and did my regular exercises but ate badly for a couple of days. I am back on track now though. I got some motivational cd’s from Ediets and they are helping a lot. See you next week with more progress. How is your plan going?

  1. I know that feeling. I got in the habit of reporting the best weight during the week, instead of picking the same day of the week. I find that I have bad weeks, but not so for bad weeks.
